Unit operates normally when connected directly to power, and shows the full battery symbol on the screen. As soon as power is disconnected, unit powers off. When unit is powered on without direct connection to outlet, it flickers very briefly before becoming non-responsive. Bad battery suspected, but has not been confirmed due to lack of replacement battery. Will be packaged and shipped carefully same or next day by an experienced seller.
