Vtg Aiwa F660 Cassette Tape Deck AD-F660E Has 2 New Belts Works Needs

Aiwa F660 Cassette Tape Deck AD-F660E This cassette deck has had some service work to it prior to when I picked it up. It needed new belts. I replaced the two large belts but not the small idler belt. The deck still needs service. When in Play mode, the spindles turn twice as fast as they should. Rewind and fast forward both work. When the cassette is playing, no sound can be heard from the speaker when a the deck is plugged into an amplifier. Also, no sound is heard from the headphones. It is also missing the plug at the end of the power cord. That's all I can diagnose. It's in good physical condition, minor wear on the case, only thing broken is a screw base under the front plate.
